Blaauwberg Beach Hotel offers 11 versatile venues across four floors, designed for conferences, executive meetings and private events. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide each space with natural light, while uninterrupted Atlantic Ocean views, Table Mountain and Robben Island provide a setting unlike any conventional conference and event venue. Spaces range from boardrooms for 8 delegates to conference venues accommodating up to 180 guests, combining functionality with a coastal setting. A range of tailored packages supports each event, including curated menus, refreshment breaks and catering options designed to suit your conference or event. From early morning coffee and tea breaks to working lunches and post-event drinks, every detail is considered to ensure a seamless experience.

Table Bay | Port | Starboard | Robben Island

The Table Bay Room accommodates up to 220 delegates in cinema-style seating and can be divided into two separate venues — Port and Starboard — each seating up to 110 delegates. All configurations retain ocean views. The Robben Island Boardroom is ideal for smaller meetings of up to 8 delegates, offering privacy alongside a sea-facing backdrop.

Tides | Hightide | Lowtide | Beach | Surfside

The Tides Room seats up to 105 delegates in cinema-style layout and can be divided into Hightide (45 delegates) and Lowtide (60 delegates), both with ocean views. The Surfside Boardroom accommodates up to 10 delegates and is suited to executive meetings. The Beach Boardroom, seating 10 guests, offers a functional and professional setting for smaller discussions and strategy sessions.

Sand & Sea spans the 12th and 13th floors, featuring a wraparound veranda and panoramic views.

MG’s Bar, located on the Sand level, is available for exclusive use and offers curated cocktails, premium spirits, and dedicated bar service.

The Wedding & Celebration Collection Sand & Sea provides a single venue flow for ceremonies, receptions and photography, with views of Table Mountain and the Atlantic forming part of the setting. The wraparound veranda and MG’s Bar offer additional space for guests throughout the day. Our events team assists with planning and coordination to ensure a smooth, well organised occasion.
